So there I was sitting traumatised, worried about the asteroid heading for the Atlantic, Blossom's space ship heading for Alabama, California sliding in to the Pacific and Ireland's troubles starting again, when along comes Astralwalker to put the whole thing in to perspective. I have always known I was here for the end, although it is not the end really but a cleansing and re-birth to what is a wonderful future for us and our beautiful home, so be happy to be here at this time.
So, I downloaded the books and began practising my pramayama breathing, astral travel and psychic exercises. I then began meditating in preparation for the weekly global event, thanks to phiedpiper and the first 15 minute demo which provided a focus for the meditations, within 2 weeks I was able to sit for 45 minutes, and was ready for the first event. It was a Sunday, so I stayed in all day.
I switched off my phone, tv and wireless connection and sat for the complete hour.
As I sat my mind continued to wander but I kept bringing it back to a vision of our beautiful planet floating majestically through space, sometimes I felt waves of energy rushing through me, it reminded me of the rush you get when taking ecstacy, but it only lasted about thirty seconds and seemed to stop when I paid attention to the feeling. I also felt lots of other energy rushing around me and upwards east to west into the atmosphere, for a moment all of the fractal patterns I was seeing streamed off and upwards in one direction. I was elated, I sat for the full hour, then went out for a walk to admire the full Moon, Venus, Orion, the Starry Plough, it was cloudy, but I knew they were there.
I have been taking part in the meditations every week, it seems so long now, but it is only about 5 weeks. I usually start with the 15minute demo at 7.45 before playing the full one hour file, I am learning to hold my focus on nothing and often find myself drifting up into the ether or sitting beside or above myself, the rushes come more frequently and can last up to 10 minutes in ecstasy waves, really powerful and energising.
I meditate for at least an hour every day, sometimes I can just sit outside with the sun shining, I close my eyes and I feel the rush again, really powerful, the quantum breath. Thank you astralwalker for guiding me on to this step in my journey.
I don't worry anymore about aliens, demons, or earth changes, I feel empowered and priveleged to be part of what is taking place here. I think Mother Earth is going to be all right, but she needs to clean herself in preparation for her own ascension, she has suffered enough, but she will be grand, and she will look after us on the way, stand by for miracles...
